Path to Valhalla is a Metroidvania that was specifically designed for touchscreen devices. In this adventure, you'll be in control of a Viking who'll find himself in different dangerous situations. Your enemies could be zombies, demons, ghosts and a lot of other evil creatures.
Gameplay in Path to Valhalla is really easy. On the left side of the screen, you'll find the left or right direction buttons. Similarly, the jump and attack buttons are located to the right.
Everytime you get rid of one of your enemies, you'll earn experience. That experience is useful to level up, earn money and increase your life points. The money you earn will buy you keys to unlock areas of the game and upgrades for your ax.
The vast majority of the settings in Path to Valhalla are 2D. Keep in mind that you'll spend most of your time fighting against enemies and jumping from platform to platform. But, if you feel like trying something new, you can also visit the world map and roam around freely while you discover new areas.
Path to Valhalla is an excellent mix of action, platforms, and adventures that includes wonderful retro pixel visuals, really accurate controls and is available in a bunch of different languages.
